Why on earth do you need the Recycle Bin if you are sure you want to remove a file from your computer? Forget the Bin.Next time you decide to zap a file into oblivion, just highlight it,hold down the SHIFT KEY,and press DELETE. It's gone, and it DOESN'T go to the Recycle Bin first!
