Microsoft Internet Explorer for all Windows Systems

When you install Microsoft Internet Explorer6 from the Microsoft site, you will get the correction version of Internet Explorer 6 for your system. However, if you happen to be currently running Windows XP, but want to download files for a system running Windows 98, you will have trouble finding those files.
This is what you do: go to the Download.Microsoft.com site at the link following this tip. Download just the set up file to a folder (let us say you choose C:/IE6). Now, close your browser and click Start/Run, type in (using the quotation marks as shown)
"C:\IE6\ieSetup.exe"/c: "ie6wzd.exe/d/s:" "#E"
and press Enter.
Set up will open a dialog box from which you can make your system choices.
