WEB DWARF is one of the easiest HTML editors around. This program features a wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) user interface. It takes almost all the pain out of designing a web page --and it's freeware.
You can do the entire job in Web Dwarf -- you can design and edit a page and then use the FTP feature to send it to your host computer.
